Caren Ragan
graduated from Pratt Institute, NY with a Bachelors of Fine Art. She
has been painting portraits for over 25 years, and has been
commissioned to do over 200 portraits. Caren also studied with
Daniel Greene and Harvey Dinnerstein in New York. Some of the
Galleries that she has shown at are the Salmagundi Club in New York,
Stone Ridge Gallery in New York, Giverny Gallery in Greenwich,
Connecticut, and Miami Metropolitan Museum. Caren has had several
one woman shows at Gallery Alexandra, Florida, Pound Ridge Art
Gallery in New York, and is a member of the American Artist
Professional League. She also is the recipient of the Portrait
Painting Award from the Artists Magazine.
